What a packaging logo has to do on the shelf

On a retail shelf or a Blinkit thumbnail the logo is 8 to 12 mm tall and has two seconds. It has to say the category (pickle, ghee, ice cream, coffee) and the brand at the same time, survive a matte pouch, a glossy carton and a transparent jar label, and still look like one family across five SKUs.
